Holt's Firewood Delivery Policy During The Coronavirus COVID-19 Outbreak
Phil Holt and Son is keen to assure Customers that, during the difficult times ahead, we're not about to run out of firewood. We fell our own trees, season our own wood and control our entire supply chain.
When placing your order online, we'll ask you if you are self-isolating. We ask you so that we can plan ahead and make arrangements with you for the delivery of your logs. We accept that there will be occasions where we will be unable to bring our products into your home and must, therefore, take our service 'to-the-door' and not 'through-the-door'. By taking necessary steps to honour the principle of social distancing we aim to work responsibly and, thereby, minimise the risk to Customers and our drivers alike. For those Customers who wish to eliminate all possible contact we are willing to take payment for your firewood over the phone ahead of the scheduled delivery.

Online ordering is the fastest way to arrange a delivery of logs by us direct to your home. We're a traditional business and we're still able to take payment upon delivery. We make our regular deliveries on Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays and our deliveries are typically 7-14 days after order. If you have any questions, please do phone us on 01582 767868. Thank you.
